Krystal Brouillet

BA Hon’s, SSW, RSSW

With over 14 years of experience in the field of children and youth mental health, Krystal is a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counsellor who brings deep insight, warmth, and cultural sensitivity to her practice. Her passion lies in supporting children, youth, women, and families through their mental wellness journeys.


Krystal has worked extensively with Indigenous communities and currently supports students through her role with the Akwesasne Mohawk Board of Education. Her approach is grounded in respect for cultural traditions, practices, and perspectives, making her work especially meaningful and attuned to the needs of Indigenous individuals and families.


She is skilled in addressing a range of concerns, including:

Krystal incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices into her sessions, tailoring her work to each individual’s unique needs. Whether working with a child navigating emotional challenges or a woman seeking balance and healing, Krystal creates a calm, supportive environment where vulnerability is met with compassion.
