Brittany brings a wealth of expertise to her practice, with a specialized focus on women’s health, postpartum support, chronic illness, and supporting individuals navigating new medical diagnoses. Her client-centred, professional approach is especially appreciated by professionals in the community seeking meaningful and personalized mental health care.


With years of experience working in the community, Brittany is well-versed in addressing complex mental health and addictions, dual diagnoses, and the unique challenges that come with navigating these experiences. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed care, allowing her to create a safe, grounded, and adaptable therapeutic space for every client.


Brittany is also deeply sensitive to the historical and ongoing impacts of colonialism on Indigenous peoples and has meaningful experience working with the Akwesasne community. Her approach integrates cultural awareness and respect, honouring traditional knowledge and community values while offering holistic support.
